My gut tells me that as per last NR SGE will take a percentage interest in SNV.... This may be a sticking point of negotiations as to what he wants and what Sonoro wants to give.... Jmo

Do you think Kirk would risk the entire company on 2, 5, 10% less stake in PSC or equivalent stake in SNV for SGE? Yes I agree that our 25% OWNERSHIP OF PSC has value, contrary to what some believe. I really don't understand what people think happens in cases like we are in. It's is a completely binary situation. Either we get a deal and get the news OR we don't hear anything. They will not issue news stating that negotiations have falied. It doesn't work that way. They may tell us or allude

I don't completely agree to your theory. I agree it's a risk. Anything can happen anytime. But they already had a meeting with Jimmy indo and lot of decisions were made. A binding mou followed by a new release would not happen if both parties are not getting what they want. That will be the first topic that would have been  discussed during the meeting.
