1. there was supposed to be a consolidation of 1:5 2. they changed it to 1:2.5 3. consolidation happened, and halted 4. consolidation was announced to be cancelled, 5. consolidation still happened

Share rollback is not cancelled permanently but just delayed. It will happen soon. I just talked with investor relations in Vancouver and she said that they had to complete the right offering first
