I had 15000 rights from shares. Then purchased a extra 35000 @ .005 then exercised everything. I received post consolidated amount at 20000. So that is 100%.

I believe some guys sold their tek shares after May 19th so they got TEK.RT free.  Therefore their cost is just $0.015*2.5=0.0375

The lowest holding cost is 0.0375 post consolidation.  So we may see sp touch 0.035 shortly (5 stars to abnormal TEK management).  Expecting a decent Qtr 2 finance to pull sp back to $0.20 ...more

Someone sold me 100,000 shares at $.04 today. Didn't get all the units I oversubscribed for so picking off the low hanging fruit before news.
