You are wrong, Pip. It would not matter to DOD if RSX cost more money. The only thing that they would worry about is can Ucore supply then with a set amount of heavy REEs oxides on time. If DOD could buy heavy REEs oxides outside of China. It would not matter the cost, secure scouce of supply would be more importent than cost. They work on getting the cost down later.
Remember Pip, secure scource of supply outside of China is way more important than cost in a war.
