Stock price disconnected with cobalt price

Continually goes down while the price of cobalt goes up, there is a disconnect.  The real plays seem to be staying flat or moving up with the price of cobalt. This one doesn't seem like the real deal.

It's a junior explorer, it's going to have some volatility.  If you like the story, you're going to want to buy and hold for a year or two and see what develops.  They have historical data indicating they have a nice deposit which puts them a couple years ahead of others trying to enter the space.  But they still have to do some leg work to do to prove up a 43-101

I pulled the following quote from that baystreet piece. "Not only is US Cobalt (TSX:USCO.V; OTC:SCTFF) fully financed to develop its Idaho Cobalt Belt project, but it hopes to prove up 10 million tonnes of cobalt resource. That's worth a potential $1 billion at today's prices with a grading of 0.59 percent."  Now I havent seen management say anything
