RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shareholders expect a better price

I don't know why a shareholder would accept this kind of lowball offer unless he is paid to say yes.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shareholders expect a better price

Noverco made an hostile bid to get our shares at a cheap price. Will vote NO too. It's written in their own independant report that VRN can value up to 28.50$ Why only 26$. Plus we have to do ...more

I'm a relatively small investor but I was quite looking forward to the dividends for years to come.  I'm planning on voting no when I see the voting papers.  That being said, has ...more

RE:RE:Shareholders expect a better price

It does make sense, annegel, but 6 months would give just a single 0.30$ dividend for sure and possibly a second 0.30$. This second one is a close call. Those currently accumulating above bid (~26.15 ...more

Shareholders expect a better price

1 million shares sold above 26.00 $ !!! 26.00$ too cheap for a 4.6% dividend stock.

Another RONA in the making?

La Caisse owns Trendcap which owns (with Endbridge), Noverco. Is La Caisse planning to sell GazMetro (Energir) to another foreign company like they did with RONA?

RE:RE:This offer is way too Cheap

Same here. I'd rather keep my cheap shares that provide a 5% dividend growing 3-4% per annum than sell at $26. The Directors sitting on the Board giving the green light to this offer are pretty ...more

RE:RE:RE:This offer is way too Cheap

Forgot to add that the $2.74 premium is equivalent to about 2.25 years so I can take me time replacing the divs.  Another thing to consider is that the $26 is $6.66 hiher than the $19.34 Jan 1st ...more

RE:RE:This offer is way too Cheap
