RE:RE:RE:RE:Shareholders expect a better priceI'm a relatively small investor but I was quite looking forward to the dividends for years to come.  I'm planning on voting no when I see the voting papers. 
That being said, has anyone been down this road before?  How long before we would expect to see the voting documents?  Forgive me if I haven't read whatever scrap of info that explains this but I didn't see anything.  And for that matter, has anyone seen a majority voter response be no to a takeover and what transpired then?
If there are insights and thoughts to be had, great.  If it's just wait for things to unfold because we won't/don't know anything till we know then so be it.
