Or, it could be argued, this quaint stock is just settling back down to its time-honored natural share price status as "nickelback." ZoomerMedia did have just a smidge of promise -- 10 years ago. Now it's part of a declining  investment class that no one in their right mind would go near. The entire business plan is to plead for government assistance in the face of its manifest
