Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is a mutual fund. The Company invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...

The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. DF in real time @ 1 EST = approx; $17.12
So the spreadsheet is showing a gain of 16 cents here , and with the last trade @ $6.47 the discount now at 65 cents or about 9 % before dist are factored in.

DF unit nav in realtime @ $17.04
Showing a gain of 8 cents since the NOV15th update. Last sale at $6.45 shows no gain since the close yesterday, and the disount now would be approx; $.59 or about 8.4%

DF unit nav to Nov 20 = approx: $17
Comeback in holdings moved up the UNIT NAV 4 pennies in the last hour. So commons now valued @ $7 before dist. last trade @ $6.45 means the discount is 55 cent s or about 7.8%. DFN

DF unit nav in realtime with an hour to go = $16.96
So now showing flat since the update to the 15th of NOV. Commons carry a value of $6.96 here , compared to DFN value of $6.69... a 27 cent difference, and consequently the discount much larger

DF blows thru 17$ UNIT NAV to start the day
Lotsa green in DF and now trading near a 10% discount at the open. But buyers seem to be showing up and I have been chasing up the bid to try and grab some more at these prices.

My spreadsheet was showing a value of 16.99077, 3 cents higher, with the difference probably due to the changes in weight for the energy stocks...

DF unit nav to Nov 19 is unchanged @ $16.91
Still showing a gain of 3 pennies since the 15th of NOV.... so DF commons still are valued @ $6.91 and are still 21 cents higher valued than DFN which closed the day also at 6.37...
