They would do it to combine the resources of 3 relatively smaller companies to create a mammoth. Lol jk about that but I feel it's a possibility because of the relationship with Livewell, Percy

I don't think it's Percy Street obtaining Livewell. I think it's Percy Street and Livewell forming a new company using RB as the shell.

That’s what we are implying. The process is not actually referred to as an rto however. Phase 2 in the link I provided clarifies the procedure.
