I don't think it's Percy Street obtaining Livewell. I think it's Percy Street and Livewell forming a new company using RB as the shell.

That’s what we are implying. The process is not actually referred to as an rto however. Phase 2 in the link I provided clarifies the procedure.

A company just doesnt become publically traded after a qualifying transaction when its approved. They need to go through the same process as any other company to go public, either through an IPO or ...more
