Keep in mind they are going to need to raise cash. I would suspect they have been and will continue pushing the shareprice. It's the one aspect of having very few shareholders.

If any of these court battles demonstrate that the directors of GRB haven't done their fiduciary duty, could the agreement with Strasser be voided? Just curious, as I am not a lawyer.

Strasser is the one who is receiving the bonus deal. I doubt very much he would care if GRB paid him 10X higher then the $10,000/AF Chiachurski received from Golden Hills. Greenbriar management are ...more

In his last news release he made very clear there was "no obiligation" to purchase the 37M shares. Why did he state that?
