Very few info on what was brewing in. Possibly a personal conflict or a human relation dispute on the pay being asked for by the CFO to continue to serve? Who knows!

From the recent CC, there were absolutely no indication that there could be any necessity for issuing new shares for the financing of the already announced deals.
