expect at least

RE:RE:My buyout guesstimate

RE:My buyout guesstimate
Very simple math thrown togther based on the Torc purchase announced today. Torc paid 89500 per bboed Based on Tol production of 4200 X 89500 = 376 million or $5.37 per share based on 70 million

My buyout guesstimate
I'm pretty positive LTS will buy out TOL. They have a fair chunk already. Now for the price they would be willing to pay? My prediction is an exchange ratio of 0.45 LTS per TOL share which on

Any opinions as to why so muted?
I am somewhat surprised that this has not popped a lot higher. You have to think at the worst case scenerio they get taken over in the 3's. I think it should go well over 4. Thinking of loading
