This stock can't get through a big seller at 2.60 and above. I don't understand it. I see the obvious, but not the reason. Maybe to hold down the purchase price. It looks like a ploy by some ...more

two LTS for three TOL, ie at 8,8 = 3,52. But it is "at least". Of course, one for two would be much better ! But I am quite sure LTS will be the bidder and it will not pay in cash

Very simple math thrown togther based on the Torc purchase announced today. Torc paid 89500 per bboed Based on Tol production of 4200 X 89500 = 376 million or $5.37 per share based on 70 million ...more

I am somewhat surprised that this has not popped a lot higher. You have to think at the worst case scenerio they get taken over in the 3's. I think it should go well over 4. Thinking of loading ...more
