I would prefer the Victoria deal as VG has, in my view, good potential for its SP to increase substantially this year. Especially if gold's price goes to $2000 or better. I agree about the spin ...more

Not how I read it!  It is not written the best so it looks like you can read it in a number of ways.  As I see it the spinco is only owned by ATAC shareholders so shares on a 1 for 1 basis!

Victoria gold already dropped  the offer at 0.12  evreone will do DD like Victoria. This creation with Hecla in my view is flip a flop  may or most likely may not

Value?

If I read the offer correctly it is valued at about .18 a share?  The offer is valued at .14 a share plus you get the spinout which is about .04.  Am I reading it wrong?
