I think your right, this is one of RBC mutaul funds is a big holder, conflict of interest in my opinion. IMHO

I didn't invest in VII and I sure as heck won't be investing in ARX. Same thing happening with IPL - old boys Network - they're buying assets for less than FMV at a time when uncertainty

RBC at 11 percent is the largest holder. Then lots of 1 to 3 percenters. I have now explanation why they are selling for 50 cents on the dollar

Does the CPP fund own 16 percent of Arc so in merging the companies they have different priorities then the share holders of VII generations? IMHO

I believe they spent 11 b to get 2.3 b of pp reserves. Less 1.9 B of debt. Before Holt came along they spent like drunken sailors.
