The judge is not going to parse share prices etc.. Not his / her job.. He will make sure all rules were followed and voters gave the required votes in terms of % of shares etc.. and there is no major ...more

Almonty's share price is inflated due to low volume of shares in circulation and their share buy-back program. It will come back down post merger. Can we short Almonty's stock?
