FEEL GOOD ADDING HERE

Its underperformed so many REITS like arts, HR and others by a magintudeof 30-50%.   fix the balance sheet and bump affo a bit.  problemsolved

Welltower, ventas and medical property trust.  The first two have pretty massive market caps, like almost 60b for welltower. They can literally swallow tiny NWH for breakfast!
