2020 increase is becuase of covid but has started a change among consumers. Less places to spend money and go out = more money spent on booze at home.

Maybe they increased inventory. Retailers get big discounts if they place big orders so the company may have decided to take advantage. Sales per store are up more than 10% yoy.

This is a April stock

Year end will be out. even if they only make 3.5 cents a share for the year the share price ought to move up over 20 cents. my guess is that they offer 24 cents to take it private.
