I dont want to hang on  to 200k of shares in a non-registered accouunt and get big capital gains and a phantom distribution.   Really  there's great value in their portfolio ...more

The slow crawl up for reits all month,  especially hr was going to be erased in a couple of days. One more bad day from being low 10s and maybe 9 again
