Moving the needle is hard

The company is cutting its exposure to Offices  from 8% to 4%. Yes it will own a chunk of Allied for several years  but inhouse they have cut offices by half. This is part of the plan to ...more

Industrial is only 9% of their assets whereas CHP.un has 15% of assets  in this category. The idea is simple.  Sell $100m at a 3.5% cap rate and then apply the $100m to buy Retail assets ...more
