QBTC discount

Yes buying QBTC now is effectively buying Bitcoin at a discount. Sellers are leaving money on the table. But 3iQ must solve this fast by converting the Closed-end fund into an ETF. This is brutal.

Is there something more complex going on than people liquidating to buy the ETF? Ultimately, shouldn't this return to parity in the near or medium term? or am i missing something?
