Many Canadian companies have dual class shares.  Many of those companies make decisions that benefit one class over another.  Many of those companies have long stretches of poor performance ...more

BTW 99% of the time when CEO leaving company takes cash instead of stock the share price tends to lag market returns. If lawyers were billing 600$ per hour they had to work a staggering 5000 hours ...more

No one is doing any analysis on Canadian wineries so stock prices are random.  I will be very surprised if Peller stock is above $2 in 2027.
