WOW!

S & P 500, DOW AND VNQ ALL having some MODEST yet GENEROUS gains....about 0.70%.  Maybe Artis would be hitting $8.30s now if the TSX was not closed.

WHERE'S THE "INFLATION" IN REIT PRICES?

I dont get it. Replacement costs + higher leasing spreads = inflation hedge. At worst, it cancels out the higher interest cost, making it a wash.  something is suspicious here
