What would you like bondholders to say? I don't want you to redeem my bonds? Why would dissident shareholders reverse split and if they do, what is their benefit? I understand they are shareholders.

Here is a way to look at the proposal.. Lets make this thing profitable with a smaller production and then ramp up on the land we have.. not take on more debt, have high g&a and low financing cost... esp. one that puts us in negative funds flow with 1% increase in interest rate.
