The Company offers two types of shares, including Preferred shares and Class A shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly...
cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

I can see that from March 31, the biggest move has been with BMO losing 3 positions in the ranks from 3rd to 6th, then TD gaining two positions, from 5th to 3rd and TRP from 6th to 4th; all other

DFN unit nav to May 17 = approx: $15.44
Showing a gain of about 9 cents since the update to the 15th. DFN UNIT NAV now only 4 cents higher than sister fund DF, which carried a smaller cash position at last report. DFN trading

Quadravest updates DFN unit nav to May 15 @ $15.35
So appears I was quite high on DFN estimate and will have to do the appropriate adjustments. With the volatility of late i suspect there have been some changes in the weightings of the holdings.

Actually i may be low on DFN , as TRI went ex divvy yersterday, and that will likely be accounted for in the MAY 15th update. Will make the adjustments.. i think DFN unit nav to MAY 15 closeer to $15

Spreadsheet showing a gain of about 57 cents .. since april 30... and value of the commons now @$5.38, so the premium very small with the last trade @ @ 5.43
