The "board" recommends ALL of their proxy matters tabled for the AGM.  The NASDAQ listing is a distraction from the facts, or more precisely, the misses and shortcomings of this company

Definitely not a "just in case" scenario. It says right in the circular the board recommends voting for the reverse split and that it is 'unlikely" the SP can reach NSDQ

You should be voting against re-electing Trent Mell.  The consolidation is a "just in case" scenario.  TRENT, on the other hand, is a WTF scenario, as in, WTF is he still doing

I voted by selling my shares. Two reverse splits evaporates your money into nothing.
