Oh much more than uranium. The pecors property could be host to a very large nickel deposit similar in size to some Sudbury mines. Would require some very deep drilling. I've seen this area

Back in the day, International Montoro claimed it was Nickle and some other minerals. Platinum, Palladium and right next door to them was Pelee Mountain who said there was plenty of Rare Earth

This isn't a deposit. It's a target of interest based on Geophysics. It's not a deposit until it's proven as such with drill core reults. For all we kow this could just be iron

There actually is a large deposit in the Pecors property. That has been determined by previous exploration, it is just a puzzle why the current owner isn't even trying to get things going there
