Same here...I got about 30% of my total net loss. They made the cheque payable to my registered account. wonder if I can just deposit it in my bank account?

I GOT ABOUT 30% OF THE "TOTAL NOMINAL ENTITLEMENT "THAT SHOWED ON MY CLAIM. ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THAT DISCREPANCY? SENT AN EMAIL TO MARSH BUT NO RESPONSE YET.

They need to look at what Yellow Media did and do something similar. Off the top of my head here is one possibility: Brookfield get 75% of Newco plus 35 cents per dollar of new debt Noteholders get ...more
