Those are my three gueses as well. NAV as of close yesterday was $2.42. In scenario 1, that should be distributed to unit holders.

1) HVI will stop trading at a certain date just like Credit Swiss's Inverse VIX and be liquidated. 2) Roll back 5 or 10 to one. 3) A big surprise to all that I cannot think of...

Hi richy rich. Did you make any progress with the lawsuit?  I lost several hundred $k on hvi - couldn’t get out due to overnight exposure.  Let me know if you are pursuing... thx Gary

I'm not Contra, but I'll chime in. When you say "VIX is now down -8.9%" are you referring to the spot VIX, which ended Feb. 23 at 16.49? If so, then HVI is not actually the inverse ...more
