If CannaPharmaRx wants the Oakanagan facility, they could now simply buyout Sunniva for 2x the market cap to secure that asset at a steep discount. Anyone know how much that property alone is worth?

From over $10 down to 17 cents.  What an ugly chart.  To be fair the whole cannabis sector is imploding, not just SNN.  But its been ugly.

why is it so hard to understand that companies do go bankrupt every now and then??? mismanagement usually leads to bankruptcy...it sure looks like the case here too
