Legalities take time. Sunniva didn't bring it on, but they'll be there when the dust settles, and I think they'll flourish as they initially intended, making them a potential 100x stock ...more

Agreed i lost 20k on this stock. Poor execution is an understatement. They had a serious chance at making it huge. But even if Sunniva does pull out of this with over a 100 million deficit and another ...more

This is an asset sale. The property is being spun out to the new purchaser. The previous sale was the entire subsidiary, thus most likely a share sale. An asset sale is clean for the buyer. Not sure ...more

The press release says that they (SNN) own the numbered company that has the offer in. How do they suddenly have $9M cash to give themselves minus the finders fees etc? Something is off here. lol

This is good news finally.   This new deal is worth 9 million with no finance condition. This is a straight cash deal and should close in 6 week with a real estate company. Leave us with 5.2 ...more
