Your math is off dude....10,000 MPX x 0.1673 will equal 1673 shares of IAN...not 167.3...maybe use a calculator

If the share structure isn’t the same then you won’t get the same amount of shares but it will still be equivalent to the stake you held in mpx.   Dumbed down Example: if you owned 2% of ...more

Don't be confused, There are two components here.  #1, IAN is buying MPX.  You are getting paid for your MPX with .1673 shares of IAN for each MPX share.  Based on the prices before ...more
