Conversion to iAnthus shares

So just to confirm, I held mpx shares before and on October 17th and October 18th (the day the news was released about the merger with iAnthus)...since that date I have sold them...since I held them ...more

Oh yes I’d forgotten about the spinoff co.  Nice little bonus for MPX shareholders . Will be interesting to see what the market cap will be on it when things get settled out.

My understanding and please correct if I’m wrong.  If IAN price is $6.00 then MPX should be $1.00.  Math:  6.00 X .1673 = 1.0038

I read a tweet from someone who said the merger passed with 99% approval by shareholders. I have no way of verifying the accuracy of the post.
