I believe shareholders of the said record date had a right to vote .   If the deal goes through all mpx shares will convert to ian and mpxi.    Correct me if I’m wrong.     ...more

You know Steve that does sound right regarding the MPXI shares, makes sense. Still MPX is better to buy.  I wonder what the MPXI shares will be priced at?  Can't be much. Any ideas ?

I'm pretty sure the deadline has passed to get the free mpxi shares You had to be an mpx shareholder by a certain date in early December I'm not 100% sure put that's usually how it works ...more

MPX is a better buy IMO example; MPX 3000 * .1673 = 501.9 shares of iA/MPX plus 300 shares of MPXI (unknown price) Right now 3000 shares of MPX = $2160US iAnthus 501.9 shares = $2284US that is about ...more
