THATS only if ianthus holds 7.64 and many deals off the start usually trade at 90% of their value until the deal approached finalization! If ianthus goes up we get more per share because our shares ...more

I think this offer for the actions of MPX is not going to be the final one. Otherwise your price would be approximated to 1, 28.

You can't, of course. The only thing you know is the ratio of shares you'll get if the deal goes through, and you know that you'll get some currently unknown value via some number of MPXI ...more

The deal won't even be finalized until it's voted on by shareholders, likely in January  You didn't need to buy yesterday, today, or tomorrow.  You can buy any time until the ...more
