On scotia itrade, the deal is no longer available as of 8pm, may have been earlier. Good sign, shows there is demand, we may not see that offer price tomorrow

I agree, you could not have said it better....got to love growth, and I said previously, I am OK with the dividend where it is, as just on five % is great, and sustainable. Best.... SHUMBA

Rather surprised to see there was no dividend increase, but I'm OK with that. Going forward, ECI is looking very good. The water softener business has great potential and ECI plans to pursue that, ...more

With the pending acquisition no surprise divy stayed put. Might be volatile tomorrow. But should be a good year for the stock.

'Tis a done deal...ECI will increase the dividend, to be announced on March the 8th, 2016. I predict it will be somewhat conservative in the range of a penny or so on the month. That is OK with me ...more
