I think someone is unloading. Brokerage #7 had some pretty massive ask orders. I have seen this many times over the years with eci. It doesn't take a lot to move the stock. It will not last ...more

was fined, for misreporting financial info. I don't live in Ontario (B.C. resident), so I'm wondering if this positively helps this stock? Any Ontario investors? I await your thoughts.
