There has been so much m&a activity in the market lately it would not surprised me. They are the perfect "take private" kind of company. If they are taken private I see a 40% upside.

we've been through this twice in recent years. An investor group buys in then makes a takeout offer which is then rejected by our mgmt. Eventually share price drops back to low end of prior offer ...more
