I am not sure of how much influence TD has but he TD analyst downgraded or changed the position of the stock from Buy to Hold and reduced the price target from $21 to $20.  Their thesis is the ...more

The curious thing is that the day before, there was a good rise on high volume.  Maybe gamblers were speculating on a dividend raise, and when it didn't happen, they sold.  Anyway ...more
