It is better than 0. Plus you could make some gains as a bdt shareholder. dont count on a higher buyout price. i've seen this before. not accepting, means you get 0. it sucks, but the offer is ...more

It could be that they are making SOX 'whole' again by paying the SOX $70MM of debt as a separate part of the transaction in cash (after, amongst other things, issuing $40MM worth of BIRD ...more
