You're quite the savvy business man. You suggest sign a contract with set prices and details and then come up with a strategy and determined costs to complete the strategy. Quite the approach  

What would you base your prices and details on in the contract not knowing the costs of your strategy or the scope? Without knowing the scope or "what your going to build" or " how to build it" you can't determine margins.....you're negotiating a contract blind.
