RE:1.1 billion IMHO the take over will be good and financially beneifical.  A larger market cap may attract new investors to INE hopefully increasing share price.  AXY overhead should be drastically reduced and INE gains pipeline projects, expertise in solar (INE has but one), expertise in geothermal (INE has none) and expertise in US green energy policy/tax not to mention better financing rates.  I hope INE continues M&A to include geothermal (only base load green energy).  Perphaps INE will look at two geothermal pure plays, Polaris (PIF/RAMPF) and US Geothermal (HTM US only).  HTM has been quite stagnant.  Polaris is doing well.
I'm all in.
