RE:RE:Voted For Transaction

RE:RE:Voted For TransactionNewstock44,

I hear you loud and clear!  I am voting for the transaction, because I was a part of the less than 1% who voted against the board this year (except for Mr. Beaty).  You can go back and read into my frustration from a year ago and earlier this year.

The combination allows me to be a part of what appears to be a better management team and larger organization.  What might have taken AXY well over a decade to accomplish, if they could have done it...just occured in a few months (if the vote gets approved).

I believe Mr. Beaty had some of the same frustrations, but could not vent them; a good leader motivates and messages well, doesn't tear down.

Do I believe the AXY is seller to "cheap" on a valuation of assets?  Yes!  But why?  Management?  Probably.  Cost of capital = self confessed => Mr. Beaty might have been is own problem here.  Why would a bank lend at 4%, when an insider is getting 8%?  (Read my Thank you and you are welcome post)

Glad to hear  you averaged down and your risk paid off.  Well played sir,

BF
