MGP has 5 million ounces of gold plus a very valuable and rare tungsten deposit. Yamana is paying $3.50 an ounce for our gold. I'm confident there will be other offers. I will reject Yamana's ...more

V.DPH is neighbor company. Last Friday volume over 6mil.

Volume over 6mil. Mkt cap extremely low. It woud make perfect sense if this one will be bought as well. The property is just next to MGP's land which was bough over 10x higher price than DPH.  ...more

That cash is to make it an even 10 cent price. You get yamana stock in exchange for mgp and the .001 in to make it an even 10 cents based on the closing price of yamana when the deal was announced ...more
