I wonder what the results of the votes are going to be now that the buyout is valued @ 8.3 Cents from the 10 Cent value anounced.

The deal is essentially done but have you thought about what happens if the deal falls through? MGP will drop to 5 cents, maybe 4 cents, and then there is the cash situation. It won't be pretty ...more

Based on the trading price of YRI  the buyout is now valued @ 8.8 CENTS!!! This deal is not going to happen

More reason to vote NO on this deal!! This should of been a cash deal @ 10 Cents.  YRI is now trading @ 4.27 or 9.03 CENTS if it were to be completed today. YRI has dropped over 10% since the ...more
