Yamana have offered >100% premium - that is rare. Another bid could come but how much higher can it be - 110%, 120%, 150%? It is possible but unlikely, however, as a shareholder what is your risk ...more

Unless it is down 50% in a year and about that much since they issued stock on the promise to enhance shareholders value. I hope all the insider options are out of the money.

as they have a great deposit and are trading with almost zero value at a 6 mill market cap. volume breaking the year high. Considering the mgp takeover the over 200% move on gcu.v to start the year ...more

Must have been showing up as a bust for them to do this deal. Even the yhe recent old core results are suspect. Any Friday news release spells sell.
