Based on the anounced date, the closing SP of YRI was 4.74 which represented 10 cents based on .02092 plus .001 Cents. YRI current SP= 4.64 if it were to close you still get your YRI but the value ...more

Did I miss something, 0.0209 in YRI sh price is about 0.090 on Mega + 0.001/sh give one about 100 bucks per 100000shrs  ( ouch ) .   Even in rough math the deals is not good,   ...more

Pinetree Selling?

Lot of selling this morning, I wonder it Pinetree is selling off before the buyout is official? I would assume they wouldn't hang on the their YRI an would sell it as soon they they got them.
