They are cancelling 20k shares a day and can do so forever with free cashflow. This is my biggest position but baffling that trading a few cent lower in FFO than riocan but $9 cheaper

SP may take quite a while to show much change, but when you can get near 6% yield, with little down side SP risk, it makes a good defensive diversification hold for income investors. Nice to have an ...more

This is like the real estate gem no one knows about.  On paper its solid.  I have too much already at $13.60 avg and now want to see some capital gains.
