With this one you best focus on the free cash flow and not the unit price. Or, just stop buying garbage? Cut your loss oif its garbage at this valuation.

Might be the big boys accumulating then bam, 20% run up.  They put together a REIT with fantastic balance sheet and metrics and its the biggest bargain on the TSX
