3 or 4 party consortium

Makes sense whoever wants to be involved in a privatization will go to 10 to 20m shares at 6 to 7 bucks,   then a buyout would only need to buyout between 30 and 50m shares and can be funded from asset sales...300 to 500m.  Much more manageable with 4 parties, but even 3 is doable.

Sandpipers reputation with public reits will be tarnished if he sold big plans for artis transformation plan but ended up hostile taking it while ceo for dirt cheap.  Wouldn't see him gaining control of any other CAD reit
